FEEL THE DIFFERENCETHROUGH 3D TECHNOLOGY

Golf BioDynamics, founded and headed by Dr. Robert Neal, is dedicated to providing the highest-quality biomechanics insight in golf. The team continually explores new methods of analyzing how the body moves during the swing, putt, and wedge play, so that players and the coaches in the GBD network always work with the most reliable, scientifically sound information available. The goal is simple: bridge the gap between rigorous research and the real-world demands of golf, in a format players and coaches can actually use.

WHAT WE BRING TO THE COURSE

Reliable Science: Methods grounded in peer-reviewed biomechanics research, applied directly to golf.

Clarity: Translating complex 3D data into reports and drills that players and coaches can act on.

Precision: 11-segment full-body 3D capture, plus club data, launch monitor, and high-speed video.

Performance: Custom training programs that target the actual mechanics holding a player back.

MEET THE PROS BEHIND IT ALL

DR. ROBERT J. NEAL

Rob has built a strong reputation in the golf industry as a trusted name in biomechanics and motor skill acquisition. He maintains active research collaborations with universities in North America, Europe, and Australia. He is widely recognized as a leader in the measurement of golf swing mechanics and the application of biomechanics theory to coaching. His systems for 3D analysis and biofeedback training are at the leading edge of the field, and he continually develops new ways to improve the efficacy of golf coaching.

Rob is also a high-level amateur golfer himself, having competed in multiple Australian, state, and county amateur championships. His best finishes were runner-up in the Australian Foursomes Championship and the Australian Sand Greens Championship.

KAREN HARRISON

As co-founder of Golf Biodynamics, Karen has been pivotal in the company’s development. From 2004 to 2014, she worked at the Jim McLean Golf School in Miami, Florida, coaching players of all levels on integrating 3D motion capture technology. She holds multiple formal qualifications in the allied health sciences, including a Diploma of Applied Science (Podiatry), a Postgraduate Diploma of Science (Human Movement Studies), and the prestigious International Olympic Committee (IOC) Diploma in Sports Nutrition. From 2014 to 2025, Karen served as Director of Health and Athletic Development at the International Junior Golf Academy (IJGA). Her personal recovery journey gives her a unique empathy and insight into injury recovery and rehabilitation.
